The official languages of the Congress are English and French.
English-French-English simultaneous translation will be provided.
Official Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent upon request.
It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee of the ICNM Congress to provide any financial assistance.

Visa Requirements
Participants are requested to check with the French consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements.
It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
Liability and Insurance
The organizer is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the ICNM Congress. Participants are advised to take their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Registration & Hospitality Desk
The Registration desk will operate throughout the meeting in the Conventions Center of the hotel at the following hours:

ICNM is reserved to Naturopaths and certified Healthcare professionals.
The Congress in not open to the public.
Exhibition
An exhibition will be held in parallel to the Congress and at the same times.
Reception
A reception will be held on the official opening day on July 7, 2013. This reception is open to all participants and accompanying persons.
Climate and Clothing
In Paris, July is characterized by temperatures ranging from fresh to sweet and pleasant. The average temperature is around 19 ° C (66 ° F).

Badges
It is important to wear your name badge during all the congress sessions and social events.
The price of 30 Euro will be charged on site for losing your name badge. Thank you for understanding.
